Vacation saved by Herb Chambers Toytoa of Auburn – Charlie & Audrey – Martinsburg, WV

On our way home from vacation, we collided with a ladder (debris)
on the Mass Pike on Wednesday morning, September 9, 2009 and suffered
serious damage to a wheel.  USAA arranged for a towtruck which towed us to
your agency in Auburn.  We were treated with the utmost courtesy and concern
by your employees, in particular, Jessica Cantwell and Joanne Arsenault.
They took us in and arranged to have our Sienna assessed and when it became
apparent that replacement parts could not be obtained until the next day,
Joanne arranged for a courtesy car from Enterprise so that we could get
around to a motel and restaurants.  We returned to your agency on Thursday
and again were treated with courtesy and concern.  Our van was repaired,
tested, and we were on our way home about 1PM, arriving home about 9PM with
no further adventures.

I want to congratulate you for your wisdom and foresight in finding
employees such as Jessica and Joanne.  They are a credit to your
organization and should be treasured.  I also want to thank them again for
their help and support and I ask you to pass along that message to them.

Used car purchase at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn – Ryan – Auburn, MA

I recently purchased a used 05 Lexus RX from this dealership. I
dealt with everyone and I mean everyone. Matt, Ira, Rusty, Chris..the list
goes on. I wanted to extend my thanks to the entire Auburn team for a job
well done. The exceeded my expectations and met my standard. I couldn’t be
more happy with my purchase and their professionalism. I was pleasantly
surprised at how easy going and friendly everyone was. My sales rep, Chris
Finneran, was pleasant and helpful. I was told he is deploying to Iraq soon
but hope when he returns that you take him back as he is an A player in my
book. I’ve purchased every kind of car from a Mustang to a Cadillac to an
Impala, and although my bank was fussy through this process, your stay made
it easier.

John Swirbalus has been an outstanding salesman since purchasing my
car in May. If I have questions on my car, warranty info, anything he has
been great. He was a tremendous help at the time I was looking to buy. He
put no pressure to purchase, gave me the info I needed to make an informed
decision to buy. Being a woman, it was refreshing to get the respect and
honesty  I received from John. I would highly recommend John to all my
friends. I will definetly look for John the next time I purchase a car, so
hold onto him!

Dream car purchase at Herb Chambers Flagship Motors in Lynnfield – Linda – Melrose, MA

We bought our first Mercedes yesterday a Flagship Motors and we are
absolutely thrilled!
What a dream to actually own such a gorgeous vehicle, the R350.
We traded up from a 2004 Cadillac SRX that I loved….
It was only a few minutes in the new car that had me forgetting my SRX!

Best Choice for Service, Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough Michael & Cheryl – Ashland, MA

Mr. Chambers
I wanted to write to inform you of the outstanding service staff that you
have at  your Herb Chambers Ford location in Westborough, MA. I brought my
2004 Mercury Mountaineer in when I was having a problem with the
transmission, I had just purchased the SUV at your Natick, MA. location in
Oct. 2008 and with out any notice and at only 45,000 miles the transmission
failed. I took the car to Westborough as it was the closest Ford dealership
to my home. And it was the best choice I have made in a long time when it
comes to having my car serviced.
Your service manager Jeff and all his staff were so helpful and went well
above and beyond normal customer service standards, they contacted Ford
Motor Company on my behalf and explained the problem with the transmission
and how few miles were on the Mountaineer, After speaking with your service
manager Jeff, Ford Motor Co. agreed to cover a large portion of the repairs.
I will tell you that I lost my job in March 09, and the work that your staff
did on my behalf has allowed me to repair my car and continue my job search
without the limitations of being without a car. I can not express to you
enough how they have helped my family and I  in what could have been a very
trying time. We have purchased 4 cars both new and used from Herb Chambers
dealers now and I will tell you that based on what your Service Department
and Jeff have done for me you have gained a life long customer.
