My wife and I recently met Heather Roy, a salesperson at the Land
Rover Sudbury dealership. She assisted us in our search for a pre-owned
vehicle.
I would like to comment on Ms. Roy’s professionalism, knowledge of the
product and attention to the customer’s needs.  Ms. Roy was always
courteous, clearly answering every question about the vehicle, and she
followed up with phone calls and emails, making us feel that she hasn’t
forgotten about us.
We have been customers at the Natick and Sudbury locations for 15 years, and
we enjoy the quality of service and personalized attention we receive by the
staff.  Ms. Roy fits perfectly in the service oriented environment that
characterizes your organization, and that we have grown accustomed to.

Dear Mr. Chambers,
I wanted to make you aware of the exceptional service I received at your
dealership. I recently purchased a preowned Saab.  I was driving around with
the top down when I noticed oil all over the interior of the front and back
seats.  I returned the car to SAAB of Boston and Joseph Rondinelli, the
Service Manager assured me he would correct the problem. He was fantastic.
He made sure the leaking piston was replaced and had the car thoroughly
cleaned.  He is truly an asset to your company and I wanted to make sure you
knew what a great job your front-line is doing.  Customer service is really
important in today’s market place.  Joe handled the situation in a very
professional way.  He is exactly who you want to run your Service

I am not a flowery person nor do I write or comment on service often.  Had to let you know my salesman Jim McKenna, went over and above what was necessary after buying my new CTS cadillac last week.  As an example, he drove to my house in MA on Sunday to deliver my registration for my insurance company inadvertently told me I should not be driving with just the binder and he knew I was uncomfortable and hand delivered it to me.  I am older and he couldn’t have treat me better if I were his Mom…  Thank Jim for me.

over the years.  We have been proud to refer many friends who have been
shown the same level of service.  Josh was our salesperson 3 years ago and
this time was very efficient at handling our loan closing and put his
personal touch on the transaction, as he always does.  Sergio was our
salesperson this time and just couldn’t be more knowledgeable, helpful and
personable.  Both Josh and Sergio are assets to your company and staff like

Purchase of a Toyota Rav 4 at Toyota of Auburn, Judy – Auburn, MA

Recently I bought a Rav 4 at your dealership- I was able to take
advantage of the Cash for Clunkers program.  I wanted to take a moment and
comment about the service I received from Tonny.  He was helpful, funny,
sincere and made me feel comfortable.  Tonny went above and beyond my
expectations- for example, when I brought the car in to be inspected, Tonny
noticed that the front license plate holder was the wrong one- so he quickly
replaced it.
He did a very nice job overall.

Impressive Service at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough, Louis – Hopedale, MA

We want to express our sincere thanks to Carrie Hoffman and Jeff
Krasner in your Westborough Ford service team.  They went above and beyond
any service group we ever worked with to resolve a brake problem on our
truck with 17,000 miles.  Carrie listened to our concerns and worked with
the service manager and corporate on our behalf.  We were very impressed
with her customer skills and resolution and plan to be a loyal customer in
the future.

Great Staff at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough – Lorraine – Westborough, MA

My  husband and I were looking for a vehicle for my husband. He
thought he wanted a Toyota Tacoma Pickup. So we were looking at area Toyota
dealerships. I suggested we go to your dealership, which is where I
purchased my 2007Honda Pilot (which by the way, I love it).
We arrive there and we were greeted by Andrew Bellamy, very nice young man.
We looked at the 2009 Honda Ridgelines available, and decided to test drive
one. My husband loved it.  Andrew was great, he answered all our questions
regarding the vehicle, and when it came time to make a financial decision he
was really able to work with us and our idea of how much we wanted to pay.
He actually made purchasing this vehicle a comfortable experience, and we
had fun doing it.
The finance person that we saw was also great, he took us through the
finance part, explained other finance programs in debt and helped us
understand the options that we had available to us.
Will I buy at Herb Chambers again, probably you have a great staff.

Excellent service at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston – Nancy – Boston, MA

I own a 2004 BMW X5. I bought it at the Herb Chambers Boston dealership on
Commonwealth Ave. and have had it serviced there for the past 5 years.
The last 3 years or so I have been dealing strictly with Jim Miscioscia. Jim
has gone above and beyond my expectations at every visit.

Jim goes into great detail to explain what is going on with my car, he
checks and makes sure I am keeping up with the cars maintenances, and he
accommodates my situaion when needed. On two occassions, I needed a loner
car. There were none available when I made my appointment. But when I got to
the dealership, Jim got me a car. I work full-time and have a small child
that I take to and from school. I cannot be without a car. Jim understands
that. I truly feel I can trust Jim to be honest and informative.

Thank you Jim for making all my visits to Herb Chambers Boston, the best I
have ever had.

Buying a car at a dealership is only 50% of the deal. On 9/13/09 we saw the other half, we met with Mr. Tim Islip,He proved to us by being so kind and helpful that you do have the other 50%. We left there very happy because of him and now we would be glad to buy all our car’s there and let our friends and relatives know what a great dealership you have.
