Superb service at Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz in Natick – Carolyn – Natick, MA

“My” service advisor, Dustin O’Brien, went above and beyond to ensure
that I was taken care of when my car needed to be towed to another dealer
while I was in Connecticut. He called the other dealer and suddenly a loaner
car materialized for me.  When a part was unavailable, he called the
Connecticut dealer several times with ideas on how to expedite getting the
part.  He called me daily to check up on the status of my car and whether I
felt that I was being properly treated.  My car wasn’t at his dealership,
but since I was his client that didn’t matter.  He treated me like I was his
best and only customer.  I will continue to purchase cars at Mercedes-Benz
of Natick due to Dustin’s superb service.  I actually send my friends who
are thinking of buying a Mercedes to talk to Dustin first — then they buy
from Mercedes-Benz of Natick! He’s great (we have purchased 3 vehicles from
this dealer)

Wonderful Sales Experience at Herb Chamber Toyota in Auburn – Diane – Auburn, MA

I cannot even begin to tell you the wonderful experience I had at
this dealership. From the moment I walked in the door, the friendly staff
made sure that I was looked after.  My Dad also bought a Toyota at Herb
Chambers in Auburn, and he’s the reason I went there. After he told me about
his experience, I knew I wanted to do business with them.  I had been to
another Toyota dealership, and I walked out because I didn’t like the way I
was being treated.  Herb Chambers was a totally wonderful experience.  I
recently received a check.  It seems that I over paid on my registration
fee.  Thank you for your honesty and integrity.  The check was for a very
small amount of money.  You could have kept that, and I never would have
known.  I know that the next time I need a car, I will be heading right back
to those warm, friendly people at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn.  I intend
to tell my friends about my wonderful experience there.  Maybe they’ll go
there too.

himself on numerous occasions. Most recently however despite a horrific
repair incident(occuring elsewhere), Dustin undertook this situation on my
behalf as if it were his own. He constantly kept me updated and reported
detailed and accurate information.
In light of his demeanor and interest, I always feel I couldn’t go elsewhere
as he has set an amazing standard for others to emulate. Kindly let him know

Honda Civic Hybrid Purchase, Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Erica – Fall River, MA

Hello Herb,

I wanted to let you know I first contact Honda-Seekonk  a few weeks ago.
Fred Celest was very helpful. I had gone to Balise Toyota in Warwick to
check out a car and the service was horrible I walked out. I stopped in at
Seekonk without planning to and asked for Fred, he hooked me with LJ. LJ was
so great and patient and I wasn’t sure what I wanted and how much I can
afford, but he helped me and I sighed the papers for 2007 Civic Hybrid. I
never thought I could afford and own a Hybrid. Paul Zito has been great all
week as I tried to get a loan from my bank and was denied and needed to go
to AAA ( for the lowest rates)
I picked up my car Saturday and love it !!!!

Your staff is wonderful and I am happy to boast about my purchase and
service from Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. I look forward to a long
lasting relationship for years to come.

A Satisfying Experience, Herb Chambers Land Rover, Sudbury, Justin – New Canaan, CT

Congtratulations! This is  the first post service letter I’ve ever written.
I’ve been motivated to write at times, generally because I was so angry, but
ultimately realized that was a waste of my valuable time.
I am writing for the opposite reason. I never, in my 48 years of
consumption, have had as satisfying an experience as I did recently with Jim
Murphy and his team at your Range Rover dealership in Sudbury. Being in the
service business myself, I have wished that just once I could be treated
with the focus, respect, and care I deliver to my clients. I now can check
that wish off the list.
The better news is, my happiness coincided with your dealership making a
sale! Even though I live in New Canaan CT, I’ll now do all my car shopping
at your dealerships.
I can’t tell you how gratified I am that you are an American success story
for a good reason. Now I need to go back to work creating my own “story”.

Emergency Repair Completed, Herb Chambers Audi Burlington, Steven – Burlington, MA

I needed an emergency repair today on my Herb Chambers purchased
BMW, and the new Porsche/Audi dealership was the closest to my home, as I
did not want to travel far on my run two flat tires with broken valve stems.
I spoke to Eric on the phone, explained my predicament that my wife needed
the car for an important doctor appointment in the afternoon. Eric told me
they were flat out on repairs, but he would do the best he could. His best
was better than I could have hoped for. His timing was perfect. He called me
much earlier than I anticipated to tell me the car was fixed and ready, as
we were standing at The Avis rental counter to get a car for my wife to
use!He is my new hero!!

Excellent Service, Herb Chambers Hyundai, Roseann – Worcester, MA

I just want to commend Kevin P. Pierce (#62601) for his excellent
service on Monday, 8/17/09 when I needed to have a left low beam headlight
replaced.

He also took care of Recall #092 to replace a faulty stop lamp switch and
gave me a courtesy wash.

Pleasurable Land Rover LR2 Purchase, Herb Chambers Land Rover Sudbury, Dave – Pepperell, MA

I want to let you know that I am very satisfied with my purchase of
a new Land Rover LR2, and it was and is a pleasure to do business with the
staff at Land Rover of Sudbury.

I am one of those people who have a passion for cars and I usually trade
every 2 years or so and over the years I have bought quite a few cars
including a car from one of your other dealerships and I have never felt the
need to express my satisfaction with any of those dealers but Land Rover of
Sudbury turned a negative situation for me into a very positive one by
giving me a very good trade in allowance and a very good price on my new
Land Rover LR2.

Matt Phillips was my sales guide and he was very knowledgable about the car
and I hope he gets Sales Guide of the Month Award or some form of
recognition.

I’m looking forward to doing business with Land Rover of Sudbury or one of
your other dealerships in the future.

Great Service at Herb Chambers Chrysler/Buick/Pontiac/Hummer Danvers, Joan – Gloucester, MA

I have a 2007 Chevy HHR which I love. I had some warning lights on my instrument panel. I went to the Danvers Service Dept. and was helped by John Adams “Jack”.
My car ended up having serious problems and was at the shop almost a month. Jack kept in constant contact with me letting me know what was happening. On one occasion, when I stopped by the shop, he even showed me my engine which had been removed and showed me in detail what was being done.
He offered me the use of a rental which I ultimately used for a week while we were waiting for the delivery of a new head.
Bottom line: Jack was really great during a difficult situation. Herb Chambers should be proud to have Service Mgrs like Jack on the payroll.
