Parts purchase at Herb Chambers Saab of Boston – Steve – Winchester, MA

Hi Herb,

I would like to compliment Richard Harley, the parts manager at your Saab
dealership in Boston.

I have a 2008 9-5 wagon and recently purchased a “lifting bike rack” from
the dealership. It has been a drawn-out ordeal to get the thing to work,
but Richard has been extremely diligent, accommodating, and ultimately
successful. We spent many minutes both over the phone and in person trying
to figure out this fancy-shmancy bike rack. It was actually a rather fun
puzzle, in which Richard was fully immersed. He spent a lot of time and
effort making it work out to my satisfaction. His crew, several of whom I
met, were also engaged in the project and I enjoyed my interaction with them
as well.

Customer service in general has been excellent.

Service at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington – Paul – New Jersey

Although I live in NJ and I purchased my Audi (I have a few Audi’s) in NJ, I actually work for a company in Burlington, just up the street from your dealership, so I do bring my car in for service there while I am in the office here in Burlington.

I stopped in yesterday to aks about adjusting my sunroof on my 2008 RS 4 (great car, by the way) and Eric Thorner took care of me. He very helpful, fit me in to look at the car immediately, fixed the problem very quickly and returned the car washed and vacuumed, and didn’t charge me (even though the warranty resides with my dealer in NJ).

Very professional service and a great new facility. It was the first time I have been in your new locale. When the time comes to look to purchase another new Audi (you have a very nice R8 in the showroom, but I’m not ready yet for that), I’ll have to shop up here as well.

Lease of Porsche 911 Carerra 4S, Herb Chambers Porsche of Burlington, Ian – Lincoln, MA

Dear Herb

I have just leased a new 2009 Porsche 911 Carerra 4S (122,000$) from your
Porsche Sales Manager,  Peter Wienstroer. I was all set to purchase either a
2010 Jaguar XKR or an Aston Martin DB9 but thought I should check out
Porsche first. Peter was terrific. I have never met a sales person more
knowledgeable about a product. I am an inventor and a Professor of
Mechanical Engineering at MIT and so like to understand in detail any
technology I am buying. Peter was able to answer even the most detailed
mechanical questions instantly and even knew the answers to my many
questions in metric units. He immediately realized that the new PDK gear box
in the 911 would be of great interest to me and indeed after a test drive
there was no way I could consider either a XKR or a DB9 with their old
“tiptronic” like transmissions. Peter is easily the most impressive car
sales person I have ever met. Good work for having someone of Peter’s
caliber on your staff.

        My F350 was recently serviced at your delership. I can honestly say
that it was the best service I have ever recieved. The staff was
professional and courteous from the moment I entered your dealership. The
scope of work the truck needed was major. Hats of to your dealerships
service foreman and diesel technician. The truck has never run better.
Frank, service advisor, kept me posted every step of the way on the repairs
being made. I am a “raving fan” and will be coming solely to your dealership
in the future. I’ll be sure to recommend your dealership to all I know. 
         I am a regional manager for Cap World Inc. and customer service is

Certified BMW sale at Foreign Motors West – Abi – Mt.Laurel, NJ

Dear Sir,
I purchased my first BMW on 1997 at dealership in Natick and i was so
satisfied that couple of months ago i came from NJ (i used to live in
Randolph) to purchase a CPO car. Sales man Jimmy K and accountant Dan
Stanley made this purchase an easy transaction and were so helpful and
careing.
Since i have been at your dealership i assumed all dealership are the same
and did i make a mistake. The dealership in NJ DiSimmone is not even close
to your dealership. They are not happy that i bought my car from Natick .
When i purcahsed my car Dan told me to purcahse wheel and tire coverage and
i did. Few days ago i had a nail in my tire and Dan saved me $500 by having
the coverage. Today i had to get my BMW ASSIST activated and they told me i
have to take my car to BOSTON to activate it?? I called Jimmy K and Dan
today and told them about what has happened. Jimmy K called them and they
are activating it in here.
I would like to let you know that this two gentleman have been helping me
and i am thankful to them. By the way i found out the day that i picked up
my car It was jimmy’s day off but he showed up on Thursday to take care of
me anyway.

Please let them know or forward this Email to them that i appreciate their
help and they should be commented for their services. My car is very sharp
and get compliment about it at all times, you have one loyal customer.

Service experience at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough – Debbie – Westborough, MA

I am writing to tell you about my recent experience at your
Infiniti dealership in Westborough. To say that it was the most courteous,
accommodating, professional and friendly service that I have ever received
from any car dealership is an understatement. Paul McDermott and Terry
McCormack treated me as if I was their most important customer. My
daughter’s car, a 1996 Infiniti, was brought into the Westborough dealership
for repairs. A part needed to be ordered, so the car was not ready when
expected. I was given an Infiniti G37 as a loaner car in place of her 1996
Infiniti. I couldn’t believe it! I was hoping they would have trouble
repairing her car so I could keep your car longer which, of course, did not
happen. Her car was ready on time and at the repair cost that was quoted to
us. If I could afford to buy a G37, I certainly would. The car was amazing.
I’ve told all my friends, family and co-workers that your Westborough
dealership is truly one of a kind as is the G37.

Audi S4 sale at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington – Ramesh – Burlington, MA

We are writing this email in appreciation of what Bill Murphy has
done for us at the Audi dealership in Burlington. We have dealt with many
dealers in our lifetime – but no one has impressed us as much as Bill
Murphy. Most dealers are only nice to customers – until they make their sale
and get the paperwork signed. However, Bill stands apart from this in many
aspects.

Service experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Boston – Petra – Mendon, MA

Dear Herb, I just had to let you know of my experience with one of
your employees named Robert Hall. I have been very fortunate to have him in
my life in dealing with my new Honda Accord coupe. I have needed his help
a couple of times and he was right there for me. This last time July 16 I
had my oiled changed first thing in the morning and I told him that I am
currently taking care of a dying person and I need to leave here as soon as
possible as the family was covering for me. He reassured me that I would be
a priority since it was urgent. He, as usual with his patient personality
and professionalism got it done. I think he is a gem not only to me but to
