Dear Mr. Chambers,
I had the pleasure of meeting your son George at the
Porsche Dealership in Boston in 2006. He was highly recommended by several
very good Friends when I asked where to go to buy a Porsche. George leased
me a 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo which I completely loved. I recently leased
a 2009 Audi 8 from George at your Audi Dealership in
Burlington. I was assisted by a salesman by the name of Wayne Altavilla,
what a decent, knowledgeable and obliging young man he was. My experience
was of the Highest Degree, I will return as often as possible to visit with

New Saab purchase at Herb Chambers Saab – Karen, Boston

A quick note to say what a pleasure it was to work with Jason O’Brien and his staff to purchase my new Saab. For Scott DeCastro, it was his first deal, so he was assisted by Alex Gathii. Normally, I would consider being subjected to new employee training an inconvenience, but that was not the case. Everyone, from the receptionists to Justin the finance guy to the random people who were involved (including the guy from service who had to move my car a million times because I parked it in a BMW space) was gracious and courteous and helpful. I was reluctant to buy a car from a mega-dealer, but the people at HC Saab completely changed my thinking.

I recently purchased a new 2008 Solara Convertible. I encountered a
minor problem the night I took delivery, the rear bumper was touched up. I
missed it, the salesman missed it.  When I called the dealership I expected
the old kabuki shuffle. It didn’t happen. Don Smith and Chris Wong made me
feel nothing less than an important and valued customer. In my eyes, they
did more to further the Herb Chambers mission of making every customer
satisfied than anything I have ever experienced. They both took care of the
problem and kept me in the loop at all times. Outstanding! Please extend my

My compliments on your newsletter.  You always do everything First Class.  Umer was terrific in handling the sale and customization of my Smart car, making it a very rare red Brabus Smart car.  I will forward some pictures when I get the lettering installed.  I will begin promoting Comm. Ave. Associates sales and rentals sometime next week.  At the same time we will hand out info cards on the Smart car to promote the vehicle.  I saw the cool Nantucket basket smart car in the showroom, another brilliant idea.  I hope that all is well with you.

I bought a 2006 STS from your providence location.This car is silver with a custom black coach roof when I drive this car people actually stop to look at this car it is that sharp. Brian Carreiro was my Sales Person. He went  out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I bought the car in March and I just got the time now to write to you.  Herb I look forward to buying my Next Caddy from  the Providence Store.

HI,
I bought a used vw from Barry @ your Boston, Com Ave location two weeks ago
and I’m writing to let you know that both Barry and Kevin the sales manager
were great. We needed a 4th car for our teens to drive for just the next
year and a half (before college) and I had gone in to test drive a civic
thinking we’d lease. I told Barry my budget and they had just got a
beautiful, low mileage vw Cabrio in. It’s perfect for our needs and because
the service was so great I’ll definitely purchase my next vehicle from Herb
Chambers. King made the paperwork easy and all in all I can’t tell you how
nice it was to buy from a dealership where everyone was so laid back.

Excellent service at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk – Samuel – Rumford, RI

Hello. I am writing this email to formally commend one of the service
advisors of Herb Chambers Honda (185 Taunton Avenue, Seekonk, Ma. 02771). I
purchased a Honda Odyssey Touring minivan from Herb Chambers about 18 months
ago for my wife. The vehicle itself has been a very good investment and my
family uses it every day. About four months ago the minivan was hit in the
back bumper and one of the sensors crushed. Mr. Paul Giampapa spoke with my
wife and I regarding the repair. Mr. Giampapa went above and beyond during
all aspects of the maintenance/repair evolution. I am very impressed with
his professionalism and customer dedication. I will recommend Herb Chambers
Service department and Hondas in general because of employees like this.

I want to acknowledge the exellent salesman Biola Balogun. for his
dedication to his work . He help me choose the car that was perfect for me,
I liked a Corolla but did not fit comfortable in it, I ‘m a tall guy. He
show me different options and finally came up with a Scion Xb which I ‘m
really happy to own. He also had very great patience as he get the exact
color (white)with all the options I wanted. I just move to Massachusetts,
and feel very happy about my new car. Also have to mention Christopher Wang
and Nate Piasta for helping me with finance excellent job over all !!!

Hi Mr. Chambers,
I am a customer of yours in the Lexus dealership in Walpole. We took my sister in law to your Chrysler Jeep dealership in Danvers last weekend and had Mr. Mark Cunningham as our sales associate. Actually, we had been to a few dealerships before landing at Chambers and had a very bad experience at
Ira Toyota so when we got to Chambers I sent her with her sister to look at the used car inventory and I went inside and I listened and looked around and I picked out Mr. Cunningham for Janice. He was very
professional but congenial; he was a great listener which is a very important characteristic
of a good sales person. He was able to get from her what it was she was looking for in a used car and he was the first sales person she was truthful with about how much she could spend on a vehicle. This has been a very hard time for her giving up her leased vehicle and pick out a used vehicle with a lot of miles on it is basically her lot for now.  I want to thank you and thank Mark Cunningham for the professionalism that
your dealerships bring to the public when shopping for cars is usually an exercise in dodging sharks and bombs and the trust level very low in the industry.
Thank you Mark for treating Janice with the respect she deserves.

Routine Service at Herb Chambers Infiniti Boston – Ken – W.Boxford, MA

I brought my 2008 Infiniti G35x in for a 15K routine service and
dealing with a recall last week. While it was in, I asked for the service
department to check the alignment because the handling felt slightly off to
me (I’m probably a bit picky because I love this car for its performance -
and I love driving).

The car now handles flawlessly! We’re talking a very small correction to the
alignment, but it was obviously done precisely. Plus the beautiful job
cleaning the car was beyond the simple vacuum that I had anticipated. A
beautiful car with perfect handling is just plain fun! This is the kind of
experience that will bring my family back to your dealership for our next
car! Thanks to the guys who serviced my car.
