Maureen, Seekonk MA

Where to begin,

My car buying experience will be something I’ll be talking about for some time to come. Your team in Seekonk delivered the ultimate new car buying experience. Not to bore you with details, but I was pushed around by Boch Honda prior to coming to Herb Chambers. The Seekonk team started in the “negative trust” territory if you know what I mean. I was so disillusioned by car dealers. Everyone at the Seekonk facility is the reason my experience was so amazing…everyone. The smiling receptionist eager to help, the professional, honorable sales manager and our awesome young salesman. The car was delivered when promised, inspected, immaculate and our salesman took the time to go through each and every feature on the car and never rushed me. Please, look up my sale – I took delivery yesterday, 8/27/2008 and congratulate each and every person involved. (don’t forget the nice ladies on the front desk)…You can’t buy the kind of advertising that a satisfied customer can give you.

Thanks again

Maureen

I bought a 2 cars from land rover sudbury. The business manager Ben tuta ? when I bought the 2004 Subaru STI he force me to buy an extra warranty. I did bought it and the car had to many problems. So Ben the used car sales manager gave me money back and I bought the Porche 2002 Boxter. I strongly told him that I do not WISH to buy an extended warranty. Because I know that I would not keep the car for more than year. He told me if I don’t transfer from STI then I will lose the money. So I asked him what if I keep the car for 6 month and what if I don’t need the warranty. HE told me that I can cancel it and they will refund my money. So when I trade the cars in I went to him and I told him I want to cancel it. He told me that he will call them and send the paper work. I went back to the store after 6 weeks because I did not receive anything. He said it might take longer. So I waited another 4 weeks. and nothing showed up. I don’t want to assume anything but what if he told me sometghing not true that the warranty is not refundable ? Then I lose the $2200. He gave me the false information to make me buy the warranty. I did buy many cars from herb chamber and this was the first bad experience with dealer. Please help me on this.

thank you,

Yongha

Mark Hoch, general manager, scheduled for Gertraud to visit the dealership the following Tuesday to have the rust on her vehicle assessed. The decision was made to have her vehicle repainted and a loaner vehicle was provided until her Mercedes was ready to be returned.

Dear Sir,
I am still waiting for a response to the e-mail I sent to you a few weeks ago. I bought a 430S Mercedes in 2001 and paid $80000. My car is never left outside, I drive it in my garage as soon as I come home. I only have 56,639 miles on the car. The problem is that it is rusting only underneath the 4 doors. This should not happen to such an expensive car. The personell at Flagship Motors tried to repair it last year but apparently did not do a thorough job or else the rust would not have come back this year. I hope I can get this problem solved. I am interested in buying a new Mercedes or BMW but first you need to take care of the rust on my present car. Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Gertraud
