Excellent Service Across the Board at Herb Chambers Porsche Boston, Luis – Allston, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,

     I wanted to personally thank you for the excellent service that I have
received working with your dealerships.  I recently purchased a 2002 Porsche
911S through Infinity of Boston and brought it into Porsche of Boston to
have the car looked over.  My experience was truely top-notch across the
board.
     As a former auto-shop operator, I was very impressed with the work of
your Porsche technician Steve Harrison.  He was clearly very knowledgeable
about the cars he works with, presented a highly professional attitude, and
was meticulous in his review of my 911.  He had no problems answering my
many questions about the car, and seemed to honestly care about me as a
customer, which is a rarity in this day and age.  The service manager on
staff, Frank Miscioscia was great to work with as well.  He was honest and
thorough in providing background information on my vehicle, and was willing
and well qualified to answer all of my questions.
     I have been an Herb Chambers dealership customer on multiple occasions
in the past, and will unquestionably return as a customer in the future.

Enjoyed buying an Automibile at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington, Matthew – Burlington, MA

While I had a moment I wanted to take the time to point out the
superb service I received recently at Audi of Burlington. My sales associate
was Mr. Wayne Altavilla and his time and consideration made buying an Audi
one of the easiest choices I have made. I can honestly say this is the very
first time I have actually enjoyed buying an automobile. Mr. Altavilla was
down to earth, and a straight shooter. He took the time to compare several
cars  I was considering (A4 or 328xi) and we test drove both. At the end of
the day the accommodations provided by Mr. Altavilla and his consideration
for my needs as a customer made the decision for me. I bought the A4, having
had no intent on doing so when I arrived. Mr. Altavilla is a young guy, but
given he’s around my age it made the experience that much better because we
could directly relate. I sincerely appreciate his time. From purchase to
delivery Mr. Altavilla kept me up to speed on where everything was in the
process and did anything he could to ensure I was satisfied.
I received my car Weds 3 Mar and I have no regrets. I have spoken to
numerous friends and every time I tell them “if you?re going to go look, go
to the Audi dealership and ask for Wayne, you won’t regret it”.
I hope you all pass along my sincere appreciation for the courtesy and
professionalism of Mr. Altavilla.

A Pleasant Experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Jessica – Cumberland, RI

I had such a great experience at this dealership this past week.
Once I arrive at the dealership,I told my salesperson Maged Aboudib what I
was looking for, what I didnt want and what I was looking for my payments to
be.  He went and found a car on the lot that fit my criteria.  During our
test drive, he was very informative both about my specific car as well as
Honda in general.  He was able to answer all of my questions in regards to
the Certified warranty and made it very easy to understand.  Maged was in no
way pushy with the sale as he allowed me to sit in the car and take things
slowly once we arrived back at the dealership.  Once the sale was complete,
I had to wait a few days for the car.  Maged called me with updates on the
car and kept me updated with what was happening with the car.  Maged made
his best efforts for me to get the car on Wednesday.  He was able to get the
inspection, registration, interior and exterior fixed even with the small
obstacle we ran into…and we still met the goal for Wednesday pickup.  He
went above and beyond what was necessary.  I appreciate his help and would
offer this dealership to friends and family in a heartbeat.  Thank you Maged
and Herb Chambers Seekonk for making my experience as pleasant as it was.

Great service at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough – Lia – Worcester, MA

Today I was in for service and even though it took a little longer
than
expected,I was taken right in By Heather Bohana and she made sure
they gave the service That I wanted (oil change & Sticker) and they

I am very lax in writing this letter.  On December 4, 2009 I
brought my Dodge Ram trunk in because of a loud noise coming from the fan.
It was discovered that a pen had gotten stuck in the distribution chamber.
It was not clear how or whose fault it was that the pen got there.  I worked
with Charles Thibault on the problem and he decided that he would grant me a
one time goodwill consideration.  I wanted you to know how much I
appreciated this and how much this meant to me.  I will continue to be a
customer and will gradly recommend your dealership.  Charlie certainly
deserves a “high five” and I am very grateful to him.

i recently purchased a 2009 elantra touring wagon at your
dealership in auburn ma. all your sales people were great! i received what i
think was a great price.
this is the 5th hyundia i have owned. it is the first from your dealership.
i
could never get a deal there before. i would not hesitate to return there
for
my 6th hyundia.
on another matter, i brought my other hyundia in for an overheating problem.
your service department was top notch. they fixed the problem that another
service place could not.
i am happy to report that the car is running like a top. i can’t say enought
about your service department. they were to notch.

Easy Car Buying Experience, Herb Chambers Honda Boston, Kevin – Boston, MA

I bought/leased a 2010 Honda Pilot a few weeks ago from your Boston
dealership on Comm Ave.  I Talk with James Aiello on the phone a few times
about what I was looking for.  He told me to come in and that he would be
able to get me in the car I was looking at.  I got there and I met Keith
Banks and between James and Keith they made car buying the easiest I have
every had.  They made you feel very relaxed and there was no perssure to
buy.  I would go back to Herb Chamber and James/Keith and the whole staff at
Herb Chambers Honda Boston on my next car.  I have also told everyone I know
to go there for a car.

Fair and Honest Service Department at Herb Chambers Mercedes of Natick, Scott – Wellesley, MA

To FMW Service Department:

I cannot begin to explain the professionalism, care, and value that FMW has shown to me as a customer. And by all means, I am not an frequent MB buyer, I didn’t even buy my vehicle through Herb Chambers!  I will now though and here is why! 

I inherited a 2002 C230 Kompressor with extremely low miles along with some extremely expensive problems.  Both my father and myself have gotten our MB’s serviced here before and have had nothing short of a delightful experience.

Furthermore and specifically, Ken Black should be noted as a not-so-average service manager.  I have had MANY vehicles serviced at a number of different dealer owned service shops and no experience has come closely to FMW.  Ken has gone out of his way on MULTIPLE occassions to help me maintain my problematic vehicle.  He is driven to maintain customer satisfaction and from my research, many others share the same opionion.  FMW has a fair and honest service department that I would never hesitate to reccomend.

Supreme Experience at Herb Chambers Cadillac, Richard – Wyoming, RI

I wish to explain my supreme experience with your company in Warwick, Rhode
Island recently.

I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that experienced some problems with the tire
sensor, electrical, wheels, and others.  Your service department did know
that I purchased the vehicle from another dealer, however, I was treated as
one of the family by your representative Steve Fennesy.  He was
understanding, direct to the problem, and repairs were prompt and very
professional.  You have a thorough employment screening staff to employ
these professionals.  When I purchase a new car, I will go through Steve, he
must be involved.
