Dear Mr. Herb Chambers,
I was originally in search to find out what this new program called eVIP stood for and how a dealership nominates its selective customers to become a part of it. During my search I found your website and listened to your video and was quite impressed with your Philosophy and how you teach and instill your Philosophies’ to your employees whether they are in sales department or in the service department at your automobile dealerships. I know you have been doing this for a very long time and now more than in any other time in the history of the automotive industries design and creation your philosophy is so much more important to all the consumers/ leasers/ purchasers. It places confidence and trust back in the consumer!

Since I trust your judgment, I was wondering what you can tell me about this new program GM has called eVIP. What does it stand for and how do dealerships nominate their selective customers to become a part of it? Is there a catch behind becoming a member?

Herb Chambers New BMW X6 – Eddie – Boston, MA

I’m absolutley thrilled with my 2009 X6. And while I’m never thrilled about paying full price for a new car, including all the options I selected, I was extremely pleased with Ahmed Jabrane and the way he handled my purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, focused, conscientious with his follow-up, and very personable at all time. He made concessions where he could, and was very forthcoming about my all aspects of my purchase. I would not have moved as quickly in the process if it weren’t for Ahmed. The same can be said for Azi Parvez. I met Azi for the first time when I purchased my wife’s Mini a few years back. I was glad to see he had been promoted. Azi is also terribly personable, professional, and purveys honest intergrity. In an uncomfortable business transaction – spending a lot of money – Azi makes the extra effort to make you feel comfortable about your choices. As a tenured sales professional, I enjoyed working with both gentlemen. Thanks very much. -Eddie

Old Fashioned Customer Service at Herb Chambers Honda of Boston, Kevin – Plymouth, MA.

To whom it may concern,

I wanted to take a moment and send along my compliments to your company. The reason for this correspondence is that I came away from Herb Chambers Honda last week feeling as if true old fashioned customer service still existed in the world. I can?t recall the last time I felt so well served in any place of business.

Last week I came to your Boston Honda store interested in purchasing a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe, which would be my 7th Honda, 4th from Herb Chambers. I was greeted by Kathy Smith and she refused to give up on finding the car that fit me best.

After a short time trying to match me into a car of my liking, I walked away very pleased with my experience dealing with Kathy for the third time.

I want you to know that I have repeated this story numerous times in the past week. There is no neighbor on the cape nor friend I have not told of your companies? kindness. I found Kathy to be not only professional, but personable and kind. It meant a lot to me,  because I was very excited to get a new Honda. When friends or family are in the market for a new car you can be sure I will recommend them coming to your place of business.
As for Ms. Smith, she is extremely capable in dealing with the public.  Having spent the past 5 years working with the public in Sales, I recognize and appreciate her excellence in this field. She is a credit to Herb Chambers and I thank her for her patience, perseverance and personality.

I was so happy with your salesperson bill treannie’s service he gave to me and my friend . he was helpful, pleasant, and  did the best job he could do for me to put me in a new ford transit wagon.also michael rommiza worked the figures i needed and, it was touch and go for a while but he never gave up, nor did bill.

On July 12th, I had a major problem with my 1 year old Honda Accord
that I purchased at your Westboro location.  To make a long story short, a
new engine was installed.

The reason for my email is to say what a great job your service advisor,
Allon Swift did in keeping me informed.  He called me atleast twice a day
with updates and when I ask him to call at a certain time he called.  Allon
customer service was great even though my situation with the car was bad.

Once again, thanks to Allon for doing a wonderful job.

All Smiles after Delivery of CPO BMW 335xi from Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury, Michael – Sharon, MA

To Whom it May Concern:

I have just arrived home after taking delivery on a Certified Pre-Owned 2007 BMW 335xi. There is no better way to say it, but I am all smiles. Of course, this is not just because of the car, but because of the exceptional service I received at your dealership these last two days.

The experience began speaking with both Brian and Evan in vehicle information who were extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Upon arriving at the dealership, Brian put me in touch with Peter Vargo. Peter went above and beyond to help answer all of my questions. He knew every in and out about the car I was test driving, was patient, and did not pressure me into the sale at all. After the test drive, we both sat down with Pre-Owned Manager, Chris Rich, who followed the trend of excellence. You could instantly tell that he was a BMW enthusiast and helped me make my decision that this was in fact the car for me.

All in all, these gentlemen exemplified the ideal sales experience and I can only hope that they receive accolades for their terrific work.
